Željko Marković, journalist: the film „XX Vijek“ scored above average the first night on the account of frequency of associations and extraordinary solutions along with music selection.

Franci Slak, a movie director: Sanjin Mirić provides stylistically clear movies in his 3 pieces: „Quick Motion“, „Ispovest Marije B.“, and „XX Century“ with diversified documentary aspects.

„Quick motion“ is a transdisposition of a media phrenologism into an authentic, visual, experience of an urban middle class. Emphasizing on some destiny moments of mass his-th-e-o-ry, author slowly and cynically demystifies media not to withdraw the nostalgia from its audio-visual context.

„Ispovjest Marije B.“ may be the most significant in usage of possibilities from film media on a connotative basis, stylistically clear in one piece. The author subtly questions the relatvity of time and experience and soon to be oldfashioned topic of loneliness gains a fresh and uncomfortable form, which does not bore one even for a moment.

„XX vijek“ dwells upon another orientation of the author, who does not hesitate to use almost minimalistic processes in communication with the phenomenon of time and history, wittily connecting cinematographical and fotographical archive material in creating a genuine message exciting with is charm.

Duško Dimitrovski, a journalist and movie reviewer: the author has proven himself to be thinking film wise. Mostly, his films are unified, which successfully communicate with contemporary moments of our existence. The loneliness of an abandoned mother, ever faster tempo of life, and redundant happenings of the 1990s gain one significant and important expression in Mirić’s film, which present him as one of the most unique creators of current filmmaking word.
